If you haven’t received your meal plan, check your spam/junk folder first. If you still don’t find your meal plan there, there’s a chance you spelled your e-mail wrong. Send us your e-mail and the country you have purchased your meal plan from and we’ll solve the problem.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MEAL PLAN?
You should receive your meal plan immediately after the payment. Please check your spam/junk folder and if you can’t find it, contact us.
I SEE PRODUCTS I’VE EXCLUDED
If the products are not essential to the recipe, you can prepare it without them. The essential ingredients are marked in red. If you have excluded an ingredient in the quiz and you still have recipes where that ingredient is essential, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.
ARE THE INGREDIENTS SCALED IN RAW OR IN COOKED CONDITION?
All the ingredients are measured in raw condition.

WHICH SUPPLEMENTS CAN I USE PRE-WORKOUT WITHOUT BREAKING MY FAST?
You can take Creatine, Beta-Alanine, L-carnitine, Caffeine, as they won't break your fast and help you have energy and burn more fat.
WILL YOU SEND ME RECIPES EVERY WEEK?
You can switch the weeks by clicking on “week 1” in the left corner of your meal plan.
TOO MANY CALORIES
Don’t worry about the calorie intake, the meal plan is calculated properly based on your body type and daily activity. If you reduce too many calories at once, that can cause health problems. It is not about eating less, but eating properly. You have the right meal plan low in carbs but high in protein.
WHAT CAN I DRINK DURING MY FAST?
You can drink plenty of water, of course. We recommend you to add salt in it to keep the electrolyte balance in your body. You can also drink green tea/most herbal teas. Carbonated water is also permitted.
DO BCAA BREAK A FAST? CAN I DRINK THEM DURING MY FAST OR WHILE TRAINING FASTED?
Yes, BCAA Do Break a fast! NO, you CAN'T drink them during your fast or while training fasted. Branched-chained amino acids are the building blocks of protein, they DO Have caloric value, so when you drink them, you are technically eating.
5 MEALS ARE WAY TOO MUCH FOR MY FEASTING WINDOW. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You can combine Meal 1 with meal 3, i. e., or Meal 3 with Meal 5 and eat them at once, if you wish. If you are training, eat the biggest meals after your workout.
CAN I EXERCISE WHILE FASTING?
Yes, in fact training fasted is great in terms of fat loss!
WHEN DO I START MY FAST? WHICH MEAL TO SKIP?
It’s pretty simple. Just have your last meal i.e. at 9 p.m. and stop eating until 13 p.m. the next day. If you want to eat earlier, just have your last meal earlier in the day. However, we recommend you to skip the breakfast and have your first meal later in the day.
IS IT ALLOWED TO EAT FRUITS?
Yes, fruits are part of your healthy regimen. You can choose which fruits to be included in your diet when you're filling the quiz.
